Tabet v. Campbell

Plaintiffs Joe and Lily Tabet (Tabets) brought an action against Geraldine Campbell (Campbell) and the State of New Mexico Taxation and Revenue Department, Property Tax Division (State), to invalidate a deed from the State to Campbell and to have the property deeded back to them. Campbell appeals the trial courts grant of summary judgment in favor of Tabets. We affirm.
