Taccara Shimere Allen v. Live Oak Ford Mercury

Per Curiam. Appellants seek review of an unfavorable order of the Judge of Compensation Claims (JCC) which was dated and mailed to the
parties on July 6, 1994. The notice of appeal was filed with the JCC on August 10, 1994. No separate notice was filed with
this court. As it appeared the notice of appeal was untimely, appellants were directed to show cause why the appeal should
not be dismissed for lack of jurisdiction. No response was timely filed and the appeal was dismissed.
