The first book of three technology books used as educational material in elementary school. This book addresses the following core content from the curriculum: the various phases of technology development work, identification of needs, research, proposals for solutions, construction, and testing. How the phases of the work process interact in one's own work and in technology development projects in society. Documentation of technical solutions, sketches, drawings, physical and digital models, and reports describing technology development and construction work. Processing of raw materials into finished products and waste management in an industrial process. Technical solutions for durable and stable constructions, as well as the importance of material properties, such as tensile and compressive strength, hardness, and elasticity.
