Tekle v. Mukasey

Etagegn Haile Tekle petitions for review of a decision of the Board of Immigration Appeals ("BIA") affirming the Immigration Judges ("IJ") denial of her application for asylum, withholding of removal, and relief under the Convention Against Torture. Because we find that the BIAs adverse credibility determination was not based on substantial evidence, we grant the petition and remand to the BIA for further proceedings.
