The Blaze Ignites

Azrel finally knows what's wrong with her magic, and it's an unstable and alarming reality to endure. Now she has the daunting task of trying to live with it, while at the same time trying to fix it.  However, she's unsure where to begin.

Meanwhile, creatures of Shadow are emerging in hordes, foretelling the beginning of a Second Shadow. As Azrel encounters more nightmarish fiends, she is left to wonder if Hathum has discovered that she is the White Warrior.  She is in no condition to fight him, so why hasn't he attacked?

Only Hathum knows why he waits, and Azrel finds his absence more terrifying than having to face him.
