The Mutiny at Long Phuoc Hai

1971. For Australia, the Vietnam War is almost over. The story begins with the lives and loves of five young men from different parts of the country who are conscripted to serve with the Army in Vietnam. One is selected to be an officer and deployed to the war as a platoon commander. The other four are in that platoon and as their months of service go by they develop a serious dislike for the young officer. The conflict comes to a head on their last day of active service 'outside the wire'.
