The Tale of a Lone Survivor

This rhyming children’s book is based off the popular book and movie The Lone Survivor.  It is important for our children to understand what our soldiers go through in order to keep us safe. I wanted to touch the main points of the story by portraying them in a kid friendly way. The characters find themselves in the heat of a water-gun battle in unfavorable conditions. Though they work as a team, ultimately sacrifices are made and only one boy leaves the battle un-captured.
