To Forge a Family

Star-crossed lovers from feuding families

A fallen priest forged in fire

A fairy godmother you'll want for your own

And a heartfelt Christmas wish

Maggie never expected her first Christmas Eve in Ireland to come with a surprising gift from Colin Burke, the hated father she'd met just once. But there he stands with a beautiful black horse. "His name is Spartacus, and he's yours."

Her family are outraged by Colin's daring. The Vallelys and the Burkes have been locked in a bitter feud, since old Frank Burke cast Shannon Vallely out of Ireland pregnant with Colin's child seventeen years ago. But it's Christmas and Maggie's hoping for a miracle to reunite her feuding families.

When she sneaks out to the Burke stables on Christmas morning, she meets Garrett Burke—her dangerously irresistible stepbrother. And as their obsessive love grows, so do the strange incidents that plague them.

Someone is watching her . . . even as she sleeps. And when the threats turn deadly, Maggie begins to question everyone around her.

Something sinister lurks in the Burke family mansion.
