Transamerica Relocation Service v. James

This case involves an appeal from a judgment of the Court of Common Pleas reached after a trial on the merits before a Judge of that Court. The Court below entered judgment for the plaintiffs in the amount of $9,000.00 against the defendant, Transamerica Relocation Service, Inc., and in favor of third-party defendant, Mann-Talley, Inc., against third-party plaintiff, Transamerica. Transamerica has appealed the decision of the Court as to its third-party claim against Mann-Talley and the award of $1,000.00 for loss of use of the air-conditioning system in question.
