Plain Talk 4
Descripción editorial
This chapter will provide information on how treaties are fundamental to Canadian history and outline obligations and responsibilities between the Crown and First Nations people, and were intended to guide a nation-to-nation relationship. Treaties were undertaken in the spirit of peaceful co-existence and mutual respect by First Nation with the Crown. There are both historic and modern treaties between First Nations and the Crown.
