Jack Hayes is a farm kid who, though he's strong and fit, and has a great set of abs, isn't cut out for farming. He's bullied because he's different. To the disappointment of his father, Jack wants to sing and play guitar.

There's nothing in a judgmental small town that will ever allow him to grow and spread his wings.

So, Jack leaves and heads south where he ends up at a dive bar with no money, and a truck low on gas. 

Camping on some stranger's land, the owner doesn't kick him off, but kind of gets his story and offers him a chance to play his music at her bar.

Jinnie Parker, local baker and music lover, meets Jack and the connection is instant. Jack learns it's her aunt's property where he's set up camp. As Jack and Jinnie grow closer and she helps him with his music, he soon learns she's hiding a big secret—one that might tear them apart.
