In book one of the Big Easy: I did what I always do when I have to deal with something in my life. I prioritized. My name is Lark Layton and seriously, I have plenty of practice in learning how to prioritize. Mostly because when my wacky ass family usually creates a mess, I have to clean up.
Don’t get me wrong, I love my family, they are amazing. However, they are also a magnet for scams, charities that need money, strangers who need help, and worst of all, distant family members who were lazy.
This is my life, keeping them out of trouble, all of this led me to the mess I am in right now.
