Backus v. Kirsch

Backus against Charles W. Kirsch for rescission of the sale of corporate stock and for an accounting. Upon death of plaintiff Ada T. Backus, Henry N. Backus, executor of her will, was substituted as plaintiff. Cases consolidated for trial. Decree for plaintiffs. Defendant appeals. Modified and affirmed.
