Bear Truth

How could a twelve-foot, 1000 pound grizzly bear be intimidated by a six-foot-two-inch human tipping in at barely 195 pounds?


Mr. Big, the bear, of course, was king of the forest for many years but his reign came to a tragic end when he landed in the psycho ward for grizzly bears at the Forest Ranger’s Northern Idaho Forest Preserve for Deviant Grizzly Bears Sanctuary and Sanatorium.


His nemesis, one Phillip Jones, only intended to catch a few trouts on his trip to the same forest Mr. Big haunted and had no intention of altering anyone’s life. But fate intervened between our protagonist and antagonist. You are at liberty to determine for yourself who was which one: Pro-or Anti-hero.


I’ve done my best to lay before you the bear truth as it was related to me by the two adversaries. I hope you enjoy my regaling of the events surrounding this strange and quite true occurrence of a few years ago.
