About the Author

Sybil A. Bissell, M.A., C.Psych.(AB), J.D. is a retired Psychologist from Alberta, Canada. She graduated from Fuller Theological Seminary with a Master of Arts in Marriage and Family Therapy in 1985. She graduated from the University of Alberta in 1999 with a Juris Doctorate from the Faculty of Law.


Sybil specialized in the treatment of sexual assault and incest, providing counseling services for victims and offenders for 20 years. 


As a mother of three and one who keeps up on new technologies, Sybil compiled this information so that parents could protect their children in this internet age.
