The daughter of a spy labeled "missing in action" and "presumed dead," Chrysanthemum Smith quickly follows in her father's footsteps. She passes the government's examination and quickly finds herself in fast-paced training in the Capitol among other students her age. When the head of school starts paying more attention to her studies, she quickly discovers that her placement in classes is not accidental.
