This is a matter involving a petition for and the granting of a writ of supersedeas. The petition before this court alleges, among other things, that the trial of the divorce case between the parties was heard in Department 19 of the superior court in Los Angeles, and a judgment was entered on June 25, 1956; that the petitioner has appealed from that part of the judgment which provides that the custody of three of the four children of the parties be awarded to J.
