Finefrock v. Rice

1 This is an original proceeding to review an award entered by the State Industrial Court in favor of the claimant under the death benefit provisions of the Oklahoma Workmens Compensation Act (85 O.S. 1961 § 22 (7)). Parties will be referred to as they appeared before the Industrial Court.
