Descripción editorial
Plaintiff in error, General Hayes Finger, hereinafter referred to as the defendant, was tried before the court and found guilty of armed robbery contrary to sec. 943.32 (1) (a) and (2), Stats. It is his contention on this writ of error that the evidence was insufficient to find him guilty beyond a reasonable doubt and that the sentence of fifteen years in the state prison was inordinately harsh and constituted an abuse of discretion by the trial Judge. Further facts will be set forth in the opinion.
