Per Curiam. Newman J. Finley, Plaintiff-Appellant, appeals the summary judgment granted to Defendant-Appellee Baker Material Handling Corp. ("Baker") on age discrimination, breach of contract, and "retaliation" claims related to Finleys discharge from his job as a foreman for Baker. We affirm the summary judgment.
