Virginia Fiorello appeals from a judgment of the United States District Court for the Eastern District of New York (Platt, J.) affirming a decision of the Secretary of Health and Human Services which had denied appellants claim of continuing disability under section 223 of the Social Security Act as amended, 42 U.S.C. § 423.
