Descripción editorial
First National Bank of Libby (Bank) initiated an action in the Nineteenth Judicial District to recover on a delinquent promissory note executed by the Twomblys. Twomblys counterclaimed for breach of duty of good faith. The jury verdict awarded Twomblys compensatory damages of $4,000. The trial courts judgment offset the balance due on the note, the interest accrued and attorneys fees in favor of the Bank. Twomblys appeal. The Banks appeal was dismissed.
