Descripción editorial
Appellant First National Bank of El Campo, Texas ("FNB") appeals a summary judgment in favor of appellees Michael Buss, Tiffany Riha, Anthony Ott, and Faltisek Paving, Inc. (collectively, the "Buyers"). By a single issue, FNB asserts that an automobile dealers sale of inventory vehicles to the Buyers did not cut off its perfected lien on the inventory. We affirm.
