ON WRIT OF CERTIORARI TO THE COURT OF APPEALS Heard April 3, 2002 REVERSED This Court granted Boykin Rose's (""Rose"") petition for certiorari to review the Court of Appeals' opinion in Fleming v. Rose, 338 S.C. 524, 526 S.E.2d 732 (Ct. App. 2000). Rose argues the Court of Appeals erred in reversing the trial court's grant of summary judgment on the cause of action for libel.
