Flohr v. Flohr

Caroline Flohr, remainder beneficiary of a trust established under her grandmothers will, appeals the judgment and order granting her attorney fees and costs following trial of her claim for breach of fiduciary duty against Edward Flohr, the trustee, who cross-appeals. Because neither party demonstrates that the trial court abused its discretion, we affirm. However, because the order contains a scriveners error, the costs award should be revised from $24,506 to $25,700.
