Flores v. Department of Air Force

Saul A. Flores seeks review of the November 12, 1996, initial decision of the Merit Systems Protection Board, Docket No. DC-0351-96- 0286-I-2, sustaining his separation from the Department of the Air Force pursuant to a reduction in force (RIF). The initial decision became final on May 22, 1997. We affirm.
