A Struggle for Peace and Brotherhood

Under the influence of Virgo, I, James Ben Alphaeus, had the inborn potential of a diplomat. That is to say, I followed my instinct to resolve opposing forces into one. This instinct came from the Quaternary man’s ability to sense the intentions of others. After ten years as Harod’s roving diplomat, I became quite adept at reading others body language, listening for their intonation and noting their unspoken goals all the while pursuing my own balance of peace in the situation. Devoted to brotherhood and peace, I gave my life for my ideals.

During my next foray into flesh, as Henry VII of England, I forged a nation from warring lords to bring peace to a devastated land. Before I died, I enjoyed wealth, position and love. I sometimes wondered, could my soul resist temptation? I had it all…could I return and sacrifice all?

My following Earth life answered that question though the cost to me was high. I deliberately was born the poorest of the poor to demonstrate the value of a democracy which allows each individual the opportunity to live life to its fullest capacity, regardless of the size of purse. As Abraham Lincoln, I experienced two opposing forces both internally and externally that I could not resolve. Almost my first act as President was to send brother to fight against brother, to hold together a nation at war with itself. At home I had a wife who stirred political controversy yet that wife was necessary to establish my position. Through America’s greatest testing, I was holding both home-life and the dis-United States together. Yes, I could say I gave my all to bring peace out of turmoil so everyone might have equal freedom of expression.
