This book is meant for all those who have doubts about the different symptoms that most often result in bad health for the body.

Many times we feel dejected by the discomfort caused by the disease and do not know what to do, in most cases we witness the doctor, but until such time that we meet, we suffer much by the malaise and pain. Thinking about this is that I think this book will serve as a guide to all those who have ever suffered from a disease and not know how to stop it or simply for those who are in a situation where a family member, friend or colleague suffers symptoms that lead to disease and do not know how to fight it.

Knowing the symptoms and causes of some diseases will help you be better informed and thus to prevent the spread of these. Or at least you should already have some knowledge about what to do to lessen the discomfort and pain until it can be treated (a) by a professional.
