Descripción editorial

The villages of Valkenburg, Rijnsburg are part of the town Katwijk. Spirituality, trusting in the goodness of people defines the town. The main character wanders around in the three villages reflecting about love, kindness, religion and how people connect with each other.
The Netherlands means for many people: the red light area in the big cities, drugs and 'everything goes'. That is a biased perspective. The Netherlands -the old school culture of the Lowlands- is much more than that. You will read about it in Kat Town.
Pictures of the town and video's are embedded in the story which is inspired by Baruch Spinoza, Dutch philosopher. The prologue is an audio with some of his thoughts about humanity.
Epilogue is a poem to Spinoza written by Jorge Luis Borges, from Argentina.
The Dutch version will be available in December.
