Ulmer adapts literate education to digital media by analogy with Plato's invention of the first concept-Justice, which is updated for electracy (digital apparatus) based on the capabilities thesis of Amartya Sen. Konsult is to electracy what dialogue is to literacy: dialectic in dialogue becomes theopraxesis (thinking-doing-making) in konsult.
