M. K. Transport v. Louis Grover

Plaintiff appellant M.K. Transport, Inc. (M.K.), an Idaho corporation, and defendant respondent Louis Grover, dba Louis Grover Trucking (Grover), entered into a written contract in March 1971. The contract provided that M.K. would purchase trucks and trailers and hire and supervise drivers for the equipment. Grover agreed to lease the equipment from M.K., obtain hauling contracts and dispatch the M.K. trucks pursuant to Grovers Idaho and Interstate Commerce
