Appellant prosecutes this appeal from a judgment prosecutes this appeal from a judgment of the Circuit Court of Houston County adjudging him guilty of grand larceny and sentencing him to imprisonment for a term of five years. The judgment was duly rendered and the sentence imposed by the court after a jury had found defendant, appellant herein, guilty of the crime as charged in an indictment, to which his plea of not guilty had been entered on arraignment.
