Makkarios: Summa

Upon returning from Matat, the Makkarios team learns that, just like Truman, Jinx has been given one last assignment before graduation: she must prepare her mentor for his next promotion. But Raidan has gone into hiding in order to protect a shocking secret that has haunted him his entire career. While Jinx hunts for her mentor, the other team members have their own pre-graduation missions to carry out. Ronin and Truman prepare to make a daring hellraid into the very Grave itself. Their goal is to fulfill Ronin’s sole ambition of retrieving and resurrecting his murdered father. 

At the same time, Calypso must undergo the diplomat’s proving ritual, returning to the scene of old terrors on Damek’s home world Chesna. There she will face prison and torture as a test of her resolve. Her reward for perseverance will be great: a diplomatic foothold in a hostile world and a reunion between Damek and his twin sister. 

Left behind to make what seems to be a routine extraction, Damek and Tora end up facing the greatest crisis of them all: an invasion of the Center’s tower by traitors. With the Tower in full lock-down and no outside help possible, Damek must step forward to command the Center’s defense with only Tora and a few others to help him withstand the traitors’ Deep Arts offense.
