After losing faith in their president the people of Mathibs vote Millicent Young out of office but then they soon pay with their lives when Millicent sets out to create a chemical that will wipe out the entire country, they learn from their graves that hell hath no fury than a woman whose years of hard work were overlooked because of other people's actions.
