Scribbley draws and paints lots of letters on signs. Young helpers, Stan and Etta call her “Scribbley Wibbly the Sign-writer”.

A very funny spell of weather plays havoc with the spellings on the town’s signs. Scribbley saves the day by finding and restoring lost letters in inventive and amusing ways.
