The Land of the Ancient Vyrajian Gods. Book 2. Vision of the Goddess

Excerpts from the book:
Barely dawned, Ladomira said goodbye to her lover and got into her home.
“Father will curse, as if he would,” she said, drowning in the arms of a hunter. “Well, let... Now nothing will separate us...”
Lesyar kissed her on the lips and said:
“In a forest a couple of verst away, the ancient temple of the goddess Lada has been preserved. Once, wedding ceremonies were performed in it. Later, the farms that stood around it fell into decay, but the temple — and the altar stone and the Lada statue are still standing. We can make a sacrifice, for example, a hare, which symbolizes fertility, find a couple of witnesses and enter into a marriage. Then your father will do nothing against the goddess.”
Ladomira sighed.
“So be it, but only later. Now I need to leave.”
The girl walked through the woods in the direction of the city and hillfort, bad forebodings tormented her soul. Suddenly, Vila appeared before her. Ladomira flinched, her heart sank with fear.
“I know your name is Ladomira...” Vila began in a soft voice. “How many times have I seen you in the forest... I thought you were still a girl... But you, therefore, have matured for love...”
Ladomira proudly lifted her chin, realizing that in front of her was Vila in the form of a beautiful maiden who loved Lesyar.
“Yes, even so!” the girl defiantly answered. “I am human! Lesyar too! You are just a spirit.”
Vila's eyes flashed with hatred.
“You are right, girl! I am the spirit of the forest!” said Vila, approached the girl and touched her chest with her hand.
Ladomira’s head was spinning, her eyes were clouded — she lost consciousness...

...“Mokosh, do you intend to say something important?” Triglav immediately got down to business. “Does this relate to our future?”
Mokosh gestured for silence.
“I had a vision about the future when the Rozhanitsy rotated their spindles.”
The Vyrajians felt the tension. Mokosh did not see visions of the future too often, although she has the gift of prophesy.
“The vision sent me a sign: the cult of Logos will continue to gain strength,” Mokosh continued with sadness in her voice. “The Saxons will invade the lands of the eastern Slavs. Blood, death, scorched villages — this is what awaits our worshipers.”
Intense silence reigned in the hall. Ziva turned pale. Ruevit, Radegast, Svetovit, the son of Svarog and Lada, the brother of Perun and Mokosh, immediately grabbed their swords. Svarog in the impulse embraced his wife, ready to lose consciousness.
“Then our fate is a foregone conclusion,” summed up Triglav. “We need to inform Avsen and Perun. There are very few of us all left...” the three-faced god fell silent. No one broke the silence. “More and more often in the dream I see our native Gardarika,” he admitted.
“Gardarika died. It is no more,” reminded the hitherto silent Stribog. “Just like there is no more Asgard in Vyraj! No more Avalon! We have only their likeness on Earth. Praise Rod that we called our abode Radogosh! The former Gardarika has become the legend!”
Tears flowed from the eyes of Damp Mother Earth.
“I get Vatten’s high tide only once a year, when the Slavs celebrate my day at the beginning of Traven. It cannot go on like this.”
“I lose strength every day,” Svetovit supported her in a sad voice...
