TWAS THE NIGHT BEFORE CHRISTMAS POEM (with Audioversion‪)‬

«Clement Clarke Moore (1799 - 1863) was an English children writer who has become famous as the author of the wide-known Christmas poem: 'T'was The Night Before Christmas'. This Christmas song has developed the modern people's view of Santa Claus as it never appeared with a sleigh or reindeer before that! Nowadays it's hard to find a person who has never heard of the traditional American Christmas. This ritual has been revealed in the movies, cartoons and books for a great number of times. This all starts with elves who help Santa in preparing presents, then the good Old Man with the white beard rushes in his sleigh pulled by the pack of eight reindeer to deliver the gifts to all the good boys and girls throughout the world. When he comes to the next house on the list, he climbes down the chimney and put the gifts into the stockings which have been prepared specially for that.
