Plaintiff Wayne Wilson was injured while employed by Burlington Northern, Inc. He brought suit against the railroad under the Federal Employers' Liability Act (F.E.L.A.), 45 U.S.C. § 51 et seq. After a trial, the jury found that the plaintiff was not entitled to recover damages. The plaintiff appeals from the district court's denial of his motion for a new trial. We reverse and remand for a new trial. I. FACTS.
