In our society people receive an inheritance after their loved ones dies. Moreover, you also may have inherited money, estates, or various possessions waiting for you through your family, relatives or friends. The problem with the inheritance in our society is that it will fade away, and it will not give lasting peace and joy. Only an inheritance in Christ will last!

 

Christ can give you an ever-abiding peace and joy as your inheritance right now. This inheritance in Christ will never be lost, stolen, burned, or fade away. Moreover, this inheritance will not decay, nor be destroyed, it is unstained and is kept and guarded just for you!

 

“…through the resurrection of Jesus Christ from the dead, unto an inheritance incorruptible and undefiled and unfading, kept in the heavens for YOU” (I Peter 1:3b, 4).
