Zora

I was visiting Serbia, researching my family tree, when I first met the woman who would become my wife. Zora had been surrounded by white butterflies and I had felt this great surge of emotion. But at the time, I think that I was still an innocent about the world. I had not taken seriously my father's words about a 'curse of the blood' and I knew nothing about the vampire, Sava Savanović. This would soon change.
