Klantrecensies
Good Atmosphere, Predictable Plot
Then She Was Gone was fine, but not very surprising — I had the plot figured out after just a few chapters. The atmosphere and characters are strong, but real twists are missing. The audiobook also felt too long for me. The ending in particular drags and could have been much tighter. Because of that, the story loses some tension. In the end, it’s an okay thriller, but not one that truly surprised me.
