08/20/96 State Missouri V. Michael Taylor

Michael Taylor pleaded guilty to first degree murder, § 565.020, RSMo 1986; armed criminal action, § 571.015, RSMo 1986; kidnapping, § 565.110, RSMo 1986; and forcible rape, § 566.030, RSMo 1986. He was sentenced to death for the murder. This Court has exclusive appellate jurisdiction. Mo. Const. art. V, § 3. We affirm.
