Advisory Opinion to Governor

There appear to be no provisions of law specifically authorizing the assignment of a County Solicitor, the name usually ascribed
to the prosecuting officer of Criminal Courts of Record, to a Criminal Court of Record in other counties in cases where the
resident County Solicitor is disqualified, as may be done in the case of the disqualification of a State Attorney.
