Albert Fox and Debbie Fox v. Donald D‪.‬

This interlocutory appeal calls on us to determine whether the Firemans Rule is still applicable in Indiana. As we held in Kennedy v. Tri-City Comprehensive Community Mental Health Center (1992), Ind. App., 590 N.E.2d 140, the Firemans Rule is still the law. We therefore reverse the denial of summary judgment to defendant-appellants Albert and Debbie Fox and order summary judgment entered against plaintiff-appellees Donald and Erna Hawkins.
