Algorithm-323 Part 2 of 4

Nicolas Tosh is a Math prodigy. On the late 70's, still on his teens, he developes a serie of discreet algorithms that enable seamless communications to and from the brain. Thoughts replace voices as a communication medium, the brains' memory data banks become easily downloadable and every "live" thought, image and sound processed by any brain can be captured. Realizing that his formula could be used for wrong purposes, Tosh requests that the most powerful group of nations on earth designate his communicational discreet algorithms (CDAS) as weapons of mass destruction. Eventually, Tosh finds itself letting and even participating in the use and deployment of his CDAS in favor of only one nation of the group, and that leads into a clash between Tosh's Organization and the President of the United States.
