Alphonso Harris was convicted by a jury of two counts of unlawfully exploiting a minor, a class B felony, in violation of AS 11.41.455(a)(3), (6). Harris is a second felony offender. A second felony offender convicted of a class B felony is subject to a four-year presumptive term. AS 12.55.125(d)(1). Harris received aggravated, concurrent, presumptive sentences of seven years with two years suspended. Harris appeals, contending that his sentence is excessive. We affirm in part and reverse in part and remand for resentencing.
