Bankston v. Itt Continental Baking Co‪.‬

This appeal arises from two cases against the same defendant, ITT Continental Baking. Plaintiffs, appellants and cross-appellees, appeal from an order by the District Court dismissing both lawsuits with prejudice when the plaintiffs failed to appear for trial. Plaintiffs also appeal from an order of the District Court awarding attorney fees to defendant ITT. Defendant ITT cross-appeals on the amount of the attorney fees awarded.
