Barber v. Mackenzie

Robert D. Heiney, a prisoner under sentence of death, appeals from the circuit courts denial of his petition under Florida Rule of Criminal Procedure 3.850. We have jurisdiction pursuant to article V, section 3(b)(1) of the Florida Constitution.
