Barrett v. Larsen

The Eighteenth Judicial District Court, Gallatin County, entered judgment on a jury verdict awarding Stephen Barrett damages for Howard Larsens breach of a partnership agreement. Howard Larsen appeals from the judgment and from the courts order denying his motion for judgment notwithstanding the verdict or for new trial. We affirm.
