Battle v. State

1 Robert William Eugene Battle, hereinafter referred to as defendant, was charged, tried and convicted in the District Court of Oklahoma County for the crime of Assault with a Dangerous Weapon After Former Conviction of a Felony; was sentenced to serve ten years imprisonment in the state penitentiary, and from said judgment and sentence a timely appeal has been perfected to this Court.
